- • As a Founding Technical Product Marketing Manager at Loft Labs (the company behind vCluster), you will be instrumental in shaping the technical narrative and go-to-market strategy for a category-defining platform. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a world-class technical marketing engine from the ground up, establishing the foundational elements that will drive our global success. You will operate at the critical intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Engineering, translating complex Kubernetes expertise into compelling narratives, hands-on demonstrations, and essential technical assets that resonate with both practitioners and executive buyers.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to define and execute the technical marketing strategy. This involves transitioning from a reactive approach to technical content creation to a proactive, scalable, and impactful engine. You will be the architect of how we communicate the intricacies of our distributed systems and multi-tenancy solutions, developing the playbook that will guide our efforts as the company grows. This foundational work will set the standard for technical communication within the organization.
- • A key aspect of your role will be the development of high-impact technical content. This includes authoring comprehensive architecture guides, in-depth white papers, concise solution briefs, detailed technical blogs, and robust competitive positioning materials. You will also create and maintain technical FAQs to address common inquiries. Crucially, you will build and refine hands-on demo environments, workshops, and proof-of-value scenarios that not only explain our features but vividly demonstrate their capabilities and value proposition to platform engineers and DevOps leaders.
- • You will lead the creation and maintenance of dynamic demo environments that are essential for supporting marketing campaigns, enabling the field sales and solutions engineering teams, showcasing our technology at events, and driving engagement in webinars. Furthermore, you will produce engaging technical video walkthroughs, tutorials, and deep-dive sessions. These multimedia assets will clearly articulate vCluster's unique differentiation, especially in demanding real-world use cases, including those involving GPU-intensive AI and ML workloads.
- • A significant part of your role involves field intelligence and revenue enablement. You will collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers and Technical Account Managers to gather critical insights into technical friction points, emerging competitive threats, and common deal blockers. These on-the-ground observations will be translated into actionable sales enablement materials, such as battle cards, refined demo scripts, and effective sales plays, all designed to accelerate pipeline growth and overcome high-value opportunities. You will also contribute technically credible content to demand generation and nurture campaigns, aiming to drive inbound engagement and enhance pipeline velocity.
- • You will be the go-to expert for competitive positioning, sharpening our technical edge against legacy multi-tenancy architectures and alternative Kubernetes solutions. Your deep understanding will be crucial in articulating why vCluster is the superior choice for organizations requiring secure, high-stakes, and GPU-intensive environments, providing clear technical advantages.
- • Representing Loft Labs externally will be an important facet of this role. You will actively participate in webinars, technical events, and community forums, serving as a technical subject matter expert. In select strategic prospect conversations, you may join as an expert to gather direct market feedback, influence positioning, and build credibility with key accounts.
- • You will act as a vital cross-functional bridge, reporting to the Product Marketing Leader. You will maintain a tight and continuous feedback loop with the Product and Engineering teams. This collaboration ensures that product innovation is clearly translated into market value and that crucial market signals and customer feedback meaningfully influence future roadmap decisions, fostering a product-led growth environment.
