- • Embark on a dynamic career journey as a Marketing Associate at Deliveroo Holdings plc, a company revolutionizing the way the world eats and shops. You will be an integral part of the central Global Proposition and Campaigns Team, with a specific and impactful focus on driving compelling marketing campaigns tailored for the United Kingdom and Ireland (UKI) markets. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a centre of excellence for end-to-end campaign development, reporting directly to the Head of Global Propositions and UKI Campaigns.
- • As a Marketing Associate, you will be the crucial voice of the UKI consumer, ensuring that local market needs and orientations are deeply understood and integrated into all marketing efforts. Your primary objective will be to guarantee that all executed activities meet a high standard, effectively contributing to the achievement of desired outcomes. A key aspect of this role involves adopting a curious and proactive approach, constantly seeking opportunities for optimization and driving continuous improvement in our marketing strategies and execution.
- • You will be instrumental in the end-to-end development of bespoke, locally-led marketing initiatives. This includes conceptualizing and executing campaigns that are specifically designed for the UKI market, such as unique UK-only promotions or seasonal campaigns that resonate with local consumer preferences and behaviors.
- • A significant part of your responsibility will involve supporting the UKI Marketing Managers in delivering robust and impactful campaign execution. This collaborative effort ensures that our marketing strategies are translated into tangible results that drive business objectives.
- • You will act as a key liaison, partnering directly with Global Internal Creative and Media Teams. Your role will be to facilitate the adaptation, localization, and effective trafficking of global creative assets across a diverse range of media channels, including Above-the-Line (ATL), Below-the-Line (BTL), and various digital platforms. This ensures global brand consistency while maintaining local relevance.
- • Efficient project workflow and asset management for marketing campaigns will be under your purview. You will be responsible for meticulously managing the project timeline and ensuring all necessary asset requirements are met, guaranteeing timely delivery and seamless stakeholder alignment across various cross-functional teams. This integration of creative execution with media strategy is vital for campaign success.
- • You will hold accountability for the measurable impact of UKI marketing activities. This means ensuring that all campaigns not only achieve their strategic goals but also meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the established measurement framework. Your insights will directly influence future campaign performance.
- • A critical component of your role will be to conduct and synthesize post-campaign analysis. This involves meticulously gathering performance data, identifying key learnings, and translating complex performance data into clear, actionable insights. These insights will be crucial for informing and improving future campaigns, as well as shaping broader business strategies for the UKI market.
- • This role demands a proactive, customer-centric mindset. You will be expected to think from the customer's perspective, ensuring that our marketing efforts are always aligned with consumer needs and desires. This customer-first approach will be a cornerstone of your contribution to problem-solving and campaign development.
- • Collaboration and strong relationship-building skills are paramount. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve shared outcomes and drive collective success. Your ability to build and maintain strong working relationships will be key to navigating the complexities of campaign execution.
- • Deliveroo's mission to transform the way people shop and eat, connecting consumers, restaurants, shops, and riders, provides a compelling backdrop for this role. You will be part of a fast-paced, innovative environment where your contributions have a significant impact on a rapidly growing industry. We value autonomy, ownership, and a constant drive for new ideas, making this an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals.
