- • The Medicaid Data and Reporting Analyst generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets for end-users using system tools, database queries, and scripts, playing a critical role in supporting data-driven decisions within Humana’s Medicaid operations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include integrating data from multiple sources, maintaining report formats and dashboards, creating automated reports and self-service tools, and developing report specifications based on business requests while working with minimal direction in ambiguous situations.
- • The role sits within Humana’s data and reporting team, supporting organizational strategy by ensuring accurate, timely data delivery that links to departmental and operational goals across healthcare services.
- • The analyst will deepen expertise in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and data warehousing, gain experience in healthcare analytics, and develop skills in translating business needs into technical solutions while contributing to improved member outcomes through better data access.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- • Between 3 and 5 years of technical experience in data reporting
- • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- • 1 or more years of experience in SQL, Power BI, QlikView, and Tableau
- • Experience creating automated reports and self-service tools
- • Excellent organizational skills
