- • Ansible Health is seeking a skilled and motivated Onboarding Specialist / Medical VA to join our innovative team.
- • As a key member of our patient-centric approach to healthcare delivery, you will play a dual role in guiding new patients through their onboarding journey while managing essential clinical administrative duties.
- • This position combines exceptional customer service with medical documentation expertise, ensuring both smooth patient transitions and efficient clinical operations.
- • The ideal candidate will demonstrate exemplary professionalism, excellent English language communication skills, and outstanding organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- • This role is vital in delivering the best care possible to our patients, handling patient communications, and providing essential support to our clinical staff in their mission to offer exceptional care.
- • The responsibilities include customizing initial discussions based on patient needs, managing inquiries through multiple communication channels, processing and managing referrals, performing comprehensive data entry, scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, managing and processing inbound and outbound medical records, maintaining accurate EMR records, attending clinical meetings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, resolving patient issues and complaints, achieving daily call quotas, and adhering to established performance metrics.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare, nursing, or a related clinical discipline.
- • 2+ years of professional experience in a customer service or healthcare setting, demonstrating a deep understanding of patient care and care coordination.
- • Solid grasp of the US healthcare system and its intricacies.
- • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
