- ⢠As a Medical VA / Onboarding Specialist at Ansible Health, you will serve as a critical bridge between patients and clinical teams, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences while supporting essential administrative and clinical operations that directly impact patient outcomes in chronic disease management.
- ⢠You will play a dual role in guiding new patients through personalized onboarding journeys and managing clinical administrative duties, combining exceptional customer service with medical documentation expertise to support Ansible Healthās mission of transforming healthcare through technology and elite clinical innovation.
- ⢠Your day-to-day responsibilities will include customizing initial patient discussions based on individual health needs, managing multi-channel inquiries (phone, email, voicemail), processing referrals within 7-10 day windows, and maintaining accurate EMR records by updating care notes, face sheets, and patient information.
- ⢠You will schedule and coordinate patient appointments, manage inbound and outbound medical records, attend clinical meetings to take detailed notes and follow up on action items, and resolve patient issues and complaints with professional communication to ensure satisfaction.
- ⢠You will perform comprehensive data entry of clinical survey scores, diagnostic tests, RPM, and RTM data streams, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, engineers, designers, and care staff to improve care delivery, and achieve daily call quotas of 75-100 interactions while adhering to performance metrics tied to incentive plans.

šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare, nursing, or a related clinical discipline
- ⢠2+ years of professional experience in customer service or healthcare settings with demonstrated understanding of patient care and care coordination
- ⢠Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and proficiency with CRM systems, EMR software, and Google Suite
- ⢠Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute, reliable internet connection (30+ Mbps), quiet home workspace, and ability to work US time zones (EST/EDT)
