- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business partners, to solve complex distributed systems and business challenges at scale.

- • You bring 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on data, ML, or AI infrastructure.
- • You have a proven track record of building scalable, distributed production systems.
- • Your coding and design skills are exceptional. While Python and Golang are our primary tools, your overall engineering expertise and problem-solving abilities matter most.
- • You’re proficient in leveraging big data, web, and AI technologies such as Kafka, Postgres, Redis, FastAPI, Ray, AnyScale, LangGraph, LangSmith or similar tools.
- • You have hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud-based providers.
- • You excel at thinking globally, developing solutions that address multiple needs while prioritizing business impact.
- • Your strong cross-functional communication skills enable you to simplify complex challenges and collaborate effectively with business partners to drive solutions forward.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on data, ML, or AI infrastructure.
