- • Lead BJAK’s motion design vision for the UK market by shaping the creative direction and execution of all motion graphics, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and driving engagement across marketing, product, and digital channels.
- • Conceptualize, storyboard, and animate high-impact motion graphics for UK-specific campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising, maintaining visual consistency and technical excellence while elevating storytelling through innovative animation techniques.
- • Mentor junior motion designers, guide creative execution, and collaborate closely with UK Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate strategic goals into compelling, motion-driven multimedia content that resonates with local audiences.
- • Oversee end-to-end motion production workflows—from concept to delivery—developing reusable templates and design systems, managing multiple concurrent projects, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure timely, high-quality output.
- • Stay ahead of UK and global motion design trends by experimenting with advanced VFX, 3D animation (Cinema 4D, Blender), and emerging digital formats, continuously pushing creative boundaries to set new benchmarks for BJAK’s UK brand.
- • Contribute to a lean, high-output, owner-minded culture where creativity, initiative, and execution are valued over hierarchy, working remotely across the UK with flexibility and autonomy to drive impact.
- • Grow professionally by leading motion design for a rapidly scaling tech brand with a mission-driven purpose, gaining ownership over creative strategy while contributing to products that serve over 8 million users in Southeast Asia and now expand into the UK.
🎯 Requirements
- • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field
- • 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production
- • Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro; experience with Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus
- • Strong storytelling, timing, and visual composition skills with a proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams
- • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills, supported by a portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design work
