- • Lead BJAK’s motion design vision for the UK market, driving creative excellence in motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising
- • Conceptualize and develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with UK brand objectives while maintaining visual consistency and technical quality across all outputs
- • Work closely with UK Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate objectives into motion-driven content, mentor junior motion designers, and guide creative execution for UK projects
- • Oversee motion production from concept to delivery, develop reusable templates and motion design systems, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and troubleshoot animation or rendering issues to ensure efficiency and quality
- • Stay at the forefront of UK and global motion design trends, experiment with advanced VFX, 3D animation, and emerging digital formats, and push creative boundaries to set new benchmarks for BJAK’s UK brand
- • Contribute to a lean, high-output team in a flat organization where creativity, initiative, and ownership matter more than titles, with remote work flexibility across the UK

🎯 Requirements
- • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field
- • 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production
- • Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender is a plus)
- • Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition
- • Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes
- • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- • Portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work
