- • As a MuleSoft Developer at Gem.com, Inc., you will be an integral part of our dynamic Delivery team, a group dedicated to implementing cutting-edge, technology-based solutions across a spectrum of critical business areas. - • Your expertise in MuleSoft and the Salesforce core platform will be paramount as you architect and build robust modules and packages. These components will seamlessly integrate to form larger, more sophisticated systems, contributing significantly to the overall architecture and maximizing the potential of the Salesforce ecosystem. You will be instrumental in application development, adhering strictly to best practices, and will be responsible for setting up and modifying systems built within Salesforce to tackle some of the most exciting and complex challenges our clients face.
- • Key responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end lifecycle of integration solutions. This includes the meticulous design, development, and deployment of integration solutions leveraging MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform. You will be tasked with creating robust APIs, custom connectors, and efficient integration flows to ensure seamless connectivity between diverse systems and applications, thereby enhancing data flow and operational efficiency.
- • A crucial aspect of this role involves collaborating closely with the project team to deeply understand client integration needs. This understanding will guide the delivery of solutions that not only meet but exceed business requirements, ensuring maximum value realization for our clients. You will also be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and support of existing MuleSoft integrations, ensuring their stability and performance.
- • Proactive diagnosis and resolution of any issues that arise within MuleSoft integrations will be a core duty, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all integration solutions. This includes detailed design specifications, well-commented code, and user-friendly guides, fostering knowledge sharing and ease of maintenance.

You will work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and fellow developers, to guarantee the successful and timely completion of projects. - • You will be expected to possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or a closely related computer discipline. A minimum of 3-5 years of dedicated experience in MuleSoft development is required, complemented by at least 1 year of hands-on experience with the Salesforce core platform. To ensure a high standard of expertise, you must hold at least 2 Active Salesforce Certifications, with a commitment to achieving 4 Active Salesforce certifications within your initial six months of employment. This demonstrates a dedication to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of Salesforce technology.
