• • Maxima Consulting Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join a dynamic client team based in Kraków, Poland. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation efforts of a global organization, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and best practices in network infrastructure management.
• • As a Network Engineer, you will be instrumental in managing, administering, and supporting a global Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest levels of availability, capacity, and security across the entire network, acting as a guardian of the organization's digital backbone.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves supporting and optimizing our client's Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) architecture. This includes deep engagement with Secure Service Edge (SSE) and Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) technologies. You will be responsible for monitoring SD-WAN performance, identifying potential bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to ensure seamless and efficient network operations.
• • You will play a crucial role in configuring and maintaining cloud-based network solutions, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft Azure. This involves designing, deploying, and managing network services within the Azure cloud environment, ensuring robust connectivity, scalability, and security for cloud-hosted applications and services.
• • The position requires hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network hardware, software, and related systems. You will be the go-to expert for resolving complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance for all network components.
• • A key responsibility will be the analysis and resolution of network incidents. This involves proactive monitoring, rapid response to alerts, and thorough investigation to identify root causes. You will also ensure strict compliance with internal policies and industry standards, and meticulously maintain technical documentation to support ongoing operations and future enhancements.
