- • Your primary responsibility will involve conducting thorough reviews of prenuptial agreements. This includes identifying and flagging crucial clauses, providing clear and actionable comments directly to your client within the platform, and ensuring they fully comprehend the implications of each provision. - • You will also be responsible for engaging with opposing counsel, reviewing their comments, and formulating appropriate responses. 🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing family law.
