- • As an Operations & Program Manager, Implementation at 1Password, you will play a pivotal role in scaling and optimizing the customer onboarding experience by owning the operational foundation of the Implementation team, ensuring seamless delivery of value from initial sign-in to long-term adoption.
- • You will lead the configuration, launch, and continuous improvement of Rocketlane, the company’s implementation workflow platform, serving as its operational and technical owner in partnership with CX leadership and technical operations teams to drive adoption, efficiency, and scalability.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include mapping and analyzing onboarding workflows to identify friction points, designing standardized playbooks and project templates, evolving service packages into tiered offerings, and building reporting frameworks that track time to value, team capacity, and activation metrics to enable data-informed leadership decisions.
- • You will partner closely with cross-functional teams across GTM, Customer Success, Support, Product, Sales, and Operations to align on workflow improvements, automation opportunities, and handoff clarity between Sales → Implementation → Customer Success, ensuring consistent ownership and data integrity throughout the customer lifecycle.
- • You will lead readiness efforts for new systems and service offerings by coordinating change management, training, documentation, and rollout plans, while staying ahead of emerging trends in onboarding tooling and customer activation practices to proactively recommend enhancements.
- • Reporting to the Senior Manager of CX Operations, you will collaborate with Implementation Specialists, Deployment Managers, and other stakeholders to strengthen delivery models, improve operational efficiency, and ensure teams have the infrastructure needed to guide customers successfully through onboarding and early adoption.

- • You will grow your expertise in operational strategy, systems ownership, cross-functional program management, and customer activation metrics — gaining deep experience in translating business strategy into executable, measurable, and scalable customer experience initiatives within a high-growth, innovative cybersecurity leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in operations, implementation, customer onboarding, customer success, or a closely related field.
- • Proven experience owning or administering systems such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, or Rocketlane (preferred) that support onboarding, project delivery, or implementation workflows.
- • Strong program and project management skills with a track record of leading system launches, process redesigns, and operational improvements across cross-functional environments.
- • Demonstrated ability to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and build scalable processes that improve team efficiency and customer experience.
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams and drive alignment on complex initiatives.
- • Comfort working with operational metrics, reporting, and data analysis to inform decision-making and track KPIs such as time to value, activation progress, and team capacity.
