📋 Description
- • Latitude Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Oracle G-Invoicing Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home anywhere in the United States. We are at the forefront of supporting secure federal financial system initiatives, and this role is critical to our success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) background and hold an active Secret clearance or higher, enabling them to contribute to sensitive and vital government projects.
- • As an Oracle G-Invoicing SME, you will be instrumental in leading the functional design, implementation, integration, and ongoing sustainment of Oracle G-Invoicing solutions. Your expertise will be applied within secure federal environments, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. This role demands a deep understanding of federal financial processes, particularly Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles, as well as a comprehensive grasp of U.S. Treasury G-Invoicing requirements. Your hands-on experience configuring and supporting Oracle EBS Financials will be essential for success.
- • You will be responsible for analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into effective Oracle G-Invoicing functional solutions. This includes gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis, designing solutions, performing configurations, developing functional specifications for customizations and integrations, and supporting testing phases (e.g., unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing).
- • A key aspect of this role involves collaborating closely with federal agency stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and project managers, to ensure that G-Invoicing solutions align with agency objectives and federal mandates. You will provide expert guidance on Oracle G-Invoicing best practices, federal financial regulations, and system capabilities, helping to drive adoption and maximize the value of the implemented solutions.
- • Furthermore, you will play a vital role in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues that arise during implementation and post-go-live phases. This includes diagnosing problems, developing workarounds, and implementing permanent solutions in coordination with technical teams. Your ability to document solutions, processes, and configurations thoroughly will be crucial for knowledge transfer and ongoing system maintenance.
- • The position requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within the Oracle G-Invoicing framework. You will contribute to the development of training materials and may be involved in delivering training to end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize the G-Invoicing system.
- • Your expertise in federal financial systems is paramount. You should be well-versed in the intricacies of government accounting, appropriations, and reporting requirements as they relate to invoicing and payment processes. Understanding the nuances of interagency transactions and the role of G-Invoicing in facilitating these will be a significant advantage.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects that directly support the operational efficiency and financial integrity of federal agencies. You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering high-quality, secure, and compliant financial solutions. Your contributions will help shape the future of federal financial management through the effective implementation and utilization of Oracle G-Invoicing technology.
- • Key responsibilities will include:
- • Leading the functional design and configuration of Oracle G-Invoicing modules to meet specific federal agency requirements.
- • Analyzing federal O2C and P2P business processes and identifying areas for optimization through G-Invoicing.
- • Translating business needs into detailed functional specifications for system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful development and deployment of solutions.
- • Developing and executing test plans and scripts for various testing phases.
- • Providing expert support for issue resolution and troubleshooting.
- • Documenting system configurations, business processes, and functional designs.
- • Staying abreast of U.S. Treasury G-Invoicing mandates and Oracle's evolving G-Invoicing capabilities.
- • Facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions.
- • Contributing to project planning and status reporting.
- • This role is ideal for a seasoned Oracle EBS professional who thrives in a remote work environment and possesses the security clearance necessary to engage in critical federal initiatives. If you are passionate about financial systems, possess a strong analytical mindset, and are eager to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply.
