- • The P&C Actuary Senior Consultant II role at Allstate is responsible for executing and managing projects that support reserving insurance business using accepted actuarial and statistical standards, directly contributing to the company’s ability to assess risk and maintain financial stability for policyholders.
- • Day to day, the individual will perform moderate to highly complex actuarial analyses using creative statistical and predictive modeling techniques, ensure data quality and appropriate tool utilization, communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and may mentor or supervise less experienced team members while contributing to innovation and thought leadership in reserving methodologies.

- • In this role, the person can develop deep expertise in property and casualty reserving, advance toward Casualty Actuarial Society certification, lead projects of moderate to high complexity, and grow into a subject matter expert who influences business strategy and modeling innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Actively pursuing Casualty Actuarial Society exams (Required)
- • 3 or more years of relevant actuarial experience (Preferred)
- • 4-year Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- • Proficiency in actuarial analysis, actuarial reserving, data analytics, and financial analysis
- • Ability to communicate complex actuarial/modeling results to management and non-technical users
- • Experience selecting, reviewing, and ensuring quality of data for actuarial services
