Your role as a People Operations Associate is central to this mission, ensuring that our internal operations are as innovative and customer-centric as our external product.
  • • You will be a key player in supporting the end-to-end employee journey, ensuring a positive and productive experience from the moment a new hire joins the company through their entire tenure and any transitions. This includes meticulously managing onboarding processes to guarantee new team members feel welcomed, integrated, and equipped for success from day one. You will also be involved in managing employee transitions with professionalism and care, ensuring all administrative and logistical aspects are handled smoothly.
  • • As a remote-first company, fostering a strong and connected culture is paramount. You will serve as a vital culture ambassador, taking the lead in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of company-wide and team-specific events. This encompasses everything from significant in-person gatherings and offsites designed to foster collaboration and team cohesion, to engaging virtual events that keep our distributed workforce connected. Your creativity and organizational skills will be essential in developing and implementing initiatives that strengthen our unique company culture.
  • • Internal communication is the lifeblood of a growing organization. You will significantly contribute to our internal communications strategy by drafting and distributing essential company-wide communications. This includes crafting engaging newsletters that keep everyone informed about company news, achievements, and upcoming events, as well as preparing periodic updates that ensure transparency and alignment across all departments. Your ability to convey information clearly and concisely will be crucial.
  • • Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our People Operations data and systems is a core responsibility. You will ensure that our HR systems and employee records are up-to-date and precise. This involves managing critical administrative tasks such as I-9 verification, supporting benefits administration processes, and generating employment verification letters. Your attention to detail will safeguard the accuracy of vital employee information.
  • • A proactive approach to process improvement is highly valued. You will be encouraged to identify opportunities to streamline and optimize People Operations workflows. This includes exploring and leveraging AI and other innovative tools to automate backend processes, thereby increasing efficiency and allowing the People team to focus on more strategic initiatives. Your insights will directly contribute to the scalability and effectiveness of our People Operations function.
