- • You will be instrumental in facilitating a seamless experience for our team, from the initial stages of onboarding new talent to the ongoing support of our existing employees and the smooth operation of our physical workspace.
- • A key aspect of your contribution will involve administrative onboarding tasks, where you will meticulously coordinate with new joiners, IT departments, and logistics to ensure every new colleague receives their equipment and a warm welcome package, setting the stage for a successful Day 1 experience.
- • You will collaborate closely with our Senior Learning & Development Architect, actively participating in the optimization and automation of our pre-onboarding and role-specific onboarding processes, contributing to a more efficient and engaging integration for new hires.
- • As the local point of contact for our Berlin office, you will be the first point of call for a variety of essential functions, including managing incoming mail, overseeing deliveries, and actively assisting in the scouting and setup of a new, expanded office space to accommodate our growth.
- • Your efforts will be vital in maintaining the day-to-day functionality of the office, which includes organizing enjoyable team lunches and ensuring that meeting rooms are impeccably prepared for visitors, reflecting our commitment to a welcoming atmosphere.
- • You will provide essential support to the People Operations team with practical HR tasks, encompassing the offboarding process, liaising with local authorities such as immigration services, Berlin district offices, and landlords, and diligently managing shared inboxes to ensure timely and accurate responses to employee queries.
- • This role involves assisting with the logistical complexities of international business, including booking travel arrangements, scheduling critical meetings, and coordinating effectively with our Dutch headquarters to foster strong connections within our geographically dispersed team.
- • You will play a significant part in nurturing and maintaining our vibrant company culture by orchestrating thoughtful gestures such as arranging gifts for work anniversaries, birthdays, and other special occasions, celebrating our team's milestones.

🎯 Requirements
- • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Psychology, Facility Management, Kaufmännische Ausbildung, or a closely related field.
- • Located in Berlin and available for physical presence in the office to manage local facility needs, including mail and shipments.
- • Work proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken).
- • Service-minded attitude with a genuine enjoyment of creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
