  • • Own and drive end-to-end employee lifecycle programs from onboarding to off-boarding, ensuring consistent, scalable, and efficient experiences across the organization
  • • Lead multiple concurrent People operations initiatives with competing priorities, stakeholders, and timelines, delivering high-quality outcomes on schedule
  • • Redesign manual HR processes—including probation period management—using automation, AI, and agentic workflows to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce manual work
  • • Identify operational gaps in People programs and implement scalable, data-driven solutions that improve consistency, accuracy, and employee experience
  • • Build, maintain, and evolve the People team’s internal knowledge base as a self-service resource, ensuring accurate, up-to-date documentation accessible to all employees and managers
  • • Support compliance and audit readiness for SOC 2, regulatory requirements, and employee handbook adherence by gathering evidence, documenting controls, and ensuring policy alignment
  • • Partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance, and BizTech to execute key People initiatives such as performance enablement and workforce planning
  • • Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and process documentation for all core People workflows to ensure operational reliability
  • • Track, analyze, and report on key People metrics including eNPS and time-to-productivity to inform continuous improvement and strategic decision-making
  • • Leverage AI and emerging agentic tools to automate routine tasks, accelerate People program delivery, and enhance the quality of insights generated from HR data
  • • Ensure all People programs align with global compliance standards and organizational policies across multiple jurisdictions, including US, UK, EMEA, and APAC
  • • Utilize HR technology platforms such as Workday, Ashby, ADP, Activpayroll, Deel, Okta, and internal AI tools to execute, monitor, and optimize People operations
  • • Contribute to the evolution of the People team’s operating model by integrating new technologies and workflows that elevate efficiency, scalability, and employee experience
  • • Serve as a subject matter expert on People systems and processes, providing guidance and training to HR peers, managers, and employees on tool usage and policy application
  • • Proactively identify risks in HR operations and implement preventive controls to ensure regulatory compliance and minimize organizational exposure

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4–6 years of experience in People (HR) Operations or a similar program management role
  • • Strong program and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously
  • • Excellent documentation, communications, and knowledge management skills, with experience maintaining internal knowledge bases (e.g., Confluence) across audiences
  • • Strong process improvement mindset, with demonstrated success in identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions
  • • Hands-on experience leveraging AI, automation, or agentic tools to redesign workflows and improve operational efficiency
  • • Experience supporting compliance programs and audits (e.g., SOC2, worker classification, etc.), including evidence gathering and control documentation
