- • As a Pharmacy Data Analyst II at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, you will support advanced pharmacy analytics and reporting in a cloud-based environment, playing a key role in the SAS-to-Databricks migration and broader analytics transformation.
- • Day to day, you will analyze and validate complex reporting and data files, perform in-depth analyses using business knowledge, proactively investigate abnormal results, update reporting based on business process changes, respond to partner inquiries, articulate business impact, and mentor junior analysts through peer review.
- • You will join a modern analytics team driving innovation in healthcare data, collaborating across functions to deliver scalable insights, support AI initiatives, and maintain critical business deliverables during a major platform transition.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud-based data platforms, gain hands-on experience with Databricks and AI agent optimization, strengthen your analytical and validation skills, and contribute to high-impact healthcare analytics that inform strategic decisions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or relevant field or equivalent work experience
- • 3 years of experience with SAS (Base, Enterprise Guide, Studio), SQL, Tableau, or similar programming/statistical analysis
- • 5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or similar roles
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects with critical deadlines
