📋 Description

• • Serve as a Senior Consultant specializing in AI for Detection and Response on the CrowdStrike Falcon platform, leading end-to-end deployment, configuration, and optimization of AI-powered security capabilities for enterprise customers.
• • Implement and troubleshoot Falcon’s AI and machine learning technologies to enhance threat detection accuracy, reduce false positives, and improve overall security outcomes.
• • Design and deploy AI-driven automation playbooks to streamline security operations and response workflows for customers.
• • Configure and tune machine learning models to align with customer environments while maintaining high detection efficacy and minimizing alert fatigue.
• • Develop custom scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs to extend and enhance AI functionality for specific customer use cases.
• • Collaborate with customers to interpret AI-generated alerts, forensic findings, and threat intelligence to support proactive threat hunting and incident response.
• • Integrate CrowdStrike’s AI capabilities into existing customer security ecosystems, including SIEMs, vulnerability management tools, and IT automation platforms.
• • Leverage AI to prioritize vulnerabilities and improve asset management by correlating endpoint data with risk context.
• • Support Incident Response teams with AI-powered forensic analysis and behavioral anomaly detection during critical security events.
• • Develop and deliver AI skills workshops and training sessions for internal Platform Professional Services teams to elevate collective expertise.
• • Co-create customer-facing AI collateral, including documentation, presentations, and best practice guides, to support adoption and success.
• • Travel up to 25% of the time to support on-site customer engagements and team collaboration.
• • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development through knowledge sharing and project leadership.
• • Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously with strong prioritization, time management, and proactive communication.
• • Present complex AI and security technical content clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, including technical teams, security leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• • Maintain deep expertise in Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems to ensure seamless platform deployment and troubleshooting across heterogeneous environments.
• • Apply data science principles to security operations, including statistical analysis, pattern recognition, and model evaluation in cybersecurity contexts.
• • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI deployments with customer business objectives and compliance requirements.
