📋 Description

• • As a Post Market Surveillance Analyst at Solventum, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and effectiveness of healthcare products after they reach the market by leading document creation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
• • Day to day, you will lead the preparation of Post Market Surveillance (PMS) plans and reports (including PSURs), gather and analyze data from complaints, field safety actions, risk management, and non-conformances using tools like Excel and Power BI, identify emerging trends, and escalate quality issues to senior leadership when necessary.
• • You will partner with product, R&D, design quality, supplier quality, risk management, and marketing teams to close the loop on surveillance findings and drive improvements in product design and processes.
