- • The Pricing & Monetization Analyst plays a critical role in shaping pricing strategies and revenue optimization for Entrata’s AI-driven property management platform, directly impacting profitability and market competitiveness.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing pricing data, modeling revenue scenarios, supporting go-to-market pricing decisions, collaborating with product and sales teams, and maintaining pricing databases and dashboards.
- • Entrata is a global leader in property management technology with over 2,200 employees, recognized for innovation and growth, headquartered in Lehi, Utah, and committed to a culture of transparency and entrepreneurial drive.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in SaaS pricing analytics, monetization strategy, and cross-functional collaboration, positioning yourself for advancement in product, finance, or strategy functions within a high-growth tech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, or a related field
- • 2+ years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or business analytics, preferably in SaaS or technology
- • Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis
- • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
