📋 Description

• Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade AI and machine learning systems that power intelligent agents and AI-native products for global clients in financial services, healthcare, media, and technology.
• Architect scalable, portable, and production-ready AI solutions using 3Pillar’s HelixAI platform and Helix Pods delivery model to enable agentic transformation for enterprise customers.
• Define technical roadmaps for AI/ML initiatives, aligning architecture with business objectives and ensuring solutions are future-proof, modular, and maintainable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia to deliver end-to-end AI solutions from concept to deployment.
• Evaluate and select cutting-edge AI/ML frameworks, tools, and infrastructure to optimize performance, cost, and scalability in production environments.
• Serve as the primary technical authority on AI/ML architecture, providing guidance on model selection, data pipelines, MLOps practices, and system integration.
• Partner with product and client teams to translate complex business requirements into technically sound AI architectures that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Champion best practices in AI governance, ethical AI deployment, model explainability, and security compliance across all AI initiatives.
• Mentor and upskill senior engineers and AI specialists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within global engineering teams.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in generative AI, agentic systems, LLM orchestration, and enterprise AI adoption to inform strategic innovation.
• Document architectural decisions, system designs, and technical standards to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency across global delivery pods.
• Represent 3Pillar as a technical thought leader in client engagements, contributing to proposals, demos, and technical presentations that win and retain enterprise business.
• Ensure all AI solutions built under the HelixAI platform adhere to principles of openness, portability, and long-term sustainability.
• Drive alignment between AI architecture and the company’s core values of Collaboration, Outperform, Respect, and Evolve in every project交付.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an AI/ML Architect or Principal Engineer with a focus on enterprise AI systems
• Deep expertise in designing and deploying scalable machine learning and generative AI solutions in production
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms, MLOps tools, and cloud-based AI infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams across global time zones
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical AI architectures for regulated industries (finance, healthcare)
• Experience with agentic AI systems, LLM orchestration, and AI-native product development
