- • Lead electrical design initiatives for data center projects from land acquisition to operation hand-off, ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer requirements.
- • Drive development and implementation of electrical systems, processes, equipment, and standards for data center projects, including leading design reviews and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers while collaborating with construction, automation, innovation, sales, procurement, and site operations teams.
- • Conduct value engineering analyses, troubleshoot and optimize existing systems, and contribute to strategic planning and IP development initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- • Professional Engineering license in any U.S. state.
- • 10+ years of experience in electrical design and construction, with data center design and/or construction experience required.
- • Working knowledge of critical electrical and cooling infrastructure in data centers, including familiarity with NEC, NERC, IEEE, NFPA, and local building codes.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Navisworks, and SCCS modeling software environments.
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
