🎯 Requirements

  • • Extensive experience as a Structural Engineer, with a proven track record in a Principal Engineer or equivalent senior role, demonstrating the ability to lead complex projects and develop innovative technical solutions.
  • • Demonstrated expertise in the design and analysis of building structures, including a deep understanding of structural principles, materials, and relevant international building codes and standards.
  • • Proven experience with medium to large-scale retail and hospitality projects, showcasing an ability to manage the unique structural demands of these building types.
  • • Proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modeling) and relevant structural engineering software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, Revit Structure), with a strong understanding of their application in project delivery.
  • • Experience working on projects within international markets, with a preference for experience in the UK, UAE, US, Canada, or ANZ (Australia and New Zealand) regions.
