- • As a Principal Product Manager at Bonterra Tech Holdings LLC, you will own a critical product area within the Fundraising Experiences business unit, shaping strategy and execution to deliver meaningful outcomes for nonprofit customers and their supporters, directly advancing the company’s mission to increase the giving rate as a percentage of GDP from 2% to 3% by 2033.
- • Day to day, you will define target markets and customer segments, own product vision and roadmap, drive product outcomes including adoption and revenue impact, lead continuous discovery with Design, Engineering, and Research, manage packaging and pricing strategy, lead end-to-end product launches, collaborate with cross-functional teams on go-to-market execution, use data and AI to inform decisions, mentor junior product managers, and influence stakeholders across the organization.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-driven product strategy, nonprofit technology markets, outcome-based product leadership, and cross-functional influence, while contributing to measurable social impact and advancing your leadership in product management within a purpose-led, innovative organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of product management, product marketing, or hybrid role experience building and scaling SaaS and AI-driven products, ideally in B2B or platform environments
- • Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered or ML-driven product features
- • Proven experience owning product strategy and outcomes, not just feature delivery
- • Strong discovery skills, including customer research, problem framing, and hypothesis-driven development
- • Understanding of responsible AI principles — bias, fairness, transparency, privacy — and how to apply them in a product context
- • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with Engineering and Design partners
