- • As Principal Product Manager for AI & Agent Platform at Docker, you will define the product strategy and own the roadmap for a new platform at the intersection of AI, containers, and developer experience, enabling secure collaboration between AI agents and humans at enterprise scale.
- • You will drive the product from concept to delivery by writing requirements, prototyping with engineering, validating with customers, and iterating rapidly based on real-world feedback, ensuring seamless integration across CLI, IDE, and CI pipelines.
- • You will work with a small, high-velocity team spanning engineering, design, and go-to-market to shape how agentic AI integrates with developer tools, infrastructure, and enterprise workflows, building on the momentum of Docker Sandboxes, one of the company’s fastest-growing products.
- • You will gain deep expertise in AI agent ecosystems, secure execution environments, and platform-level product strategy while shaping a foundational product that serves developers, platform teams, and enterprise operators worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years on developer tools, infrastructure, or platform products
- • Deep technical fluency in container and VM runtimes, AI agents, LLMs, and protocol-level tool connectivity, enabling informed collaboration with engineering teams
- • Proven ability to ship 0-to-1 products in fast-moving environments, including defining vision, building prototypes, and iterating based on customer feedback
- • Strong product sense and UX instincts focused on developer experience, from API design to CLI ergonomics and error messages
- • Experience growing and monetizing products at scale, including pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy that drives meaningful revenue
- • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in emerging markets where answers are not obvious and discovery is required
