📋 Description

• • As a Principal Strategic Architect at Workato, you will serve as the primary executive technical advisor to customer CIOs, CTOs, and senior business stakeholders, shaping long-term architecture and automation strategy aligned to business priorities.
• • Day to day, you will lead executive-level discussions on platform adoption, operating models, and governance maturity; guide AI and agentic automation journeys; drive software expansion and value realization; and act as the single point of accountability for post-sales technical strategy on flagship accounts.
