  • • The Product Analyst supports the Product Team by maintaining and enhancing existing products and creating new ones, combining operational, technical, and analytical skills to deliver value to stakeholders and ensure successful project execution.
  • • Day to day, the role involves understanding client business needs, executing and improving operational procedures, enhancing data products, conducting data quality checks, collaborating across time zones with stakeholders, creating technical requirements and user stories in Agile environments, coordinating knowledge transfer, managing multiple client tasks, and conducting research to inform product improvements.
  • • Precision AQ, LLC is part of Precision Medicine Group, a company focused on healthcare analytics and consulting, serving clients in pharmaceuticals, managed markets, and healthcare payer/provider sectors with data-driven solutions.
  • • The role offers opportunities to build subject matter expertise in healthcare data, Agile methodologies, and product lifecycle processes, while developing strong analytical, communication, and project management skills through cross-functional collaboration and exposure to end-to-end product development.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics/Communication, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
  • • 1–2 years of experience using SQL and Excel for data analysis, with exposure to stored procedures a plus
  • • Proven ability to work with global teams across different time zones
  • • Detail orientation with strong focus on quality, analytics, and operations
  • • Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting, or Analytics Consulting is an advantage
