- • As a Product Analyst on the Data Platform and Analytics team at CaseWare International Inc., you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive product strategy and business decisions for a global leader in audit and accounting software.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing product usage data, building dashboards and reports, collaborating with product and engineering teams to define key metrics, and identifying trends that inform feature development and user experience improvements.
- • You will join a data-driven, innovative team within a well-established fintech company that has served over 500,000 users across 130 countries for more than 30 years, combining deep industry expertise with modern analytics capabilities.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced analytical skills, gain exposure to product lifecycle management in a B2B SaaS environment, and contribute directly to shaping the future of CaseWare’s data platform and analytics offerings.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- • Experience analyzing product usage data and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital products
