  • • Parafin is on a mission to empower small businesses by providing them with essential financial tools through the platforms they already use. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product and Partner Marketing Lead to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in accelerating the adoption of our embedded financing products across our extensive partner ecosystem.
  • • In this critical role, you will be instrumental in launching new partners and innovative features, driving significant growth in product adoption, and ensuring Parafin is consistently and effectively represented within the user experiences of our partners. You will operate at the dynamic intersection of product marketing, partner marketing, and growth strategies, directly influencing how our partners position, promote, and scale Parafin's offerings to their end-users.
  • • This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor position, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. You will collaborate closely with key internal teams, including Account Management, Product, and Design, as well as external partner teams, to achieve our shared objectives.
  • • What You'll Do:
  • • Lead Partner Go-to-Market Strategy: You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new partners and feature launches. This includes crafting compelling positioning and messaging, creating essential marketing toolkits, and developing partner-ready materials designed to accelerate launch timelines and ensure a cohesive and consistent brand narrative across all partner touchpoints.
  • • Drive Adoption and Grow Partner Programs: Your efforts will focus on increasing offer view rates and originations by meticulously analyzing funnel performance, identifying key growth opportunities, and optimizing partner-facing surfaces such as landing pages, partner dashboards, and dedicated marketing pages. A crucial aspect of this will be influencing partners to implement the necessary data tracking and analytics infrastructure to support sustained growth.
  • • Build Scalable Partner Enablement Frameworks: You will design and implement robust enablement frameworks, including comprehensive playbooks, customizable templates, and other valuable assets. These resources will streamline the onboarding process for new partners and empower them to consistently and effectively promote Parafin's financing products. The goal is to develop systems that support faster, more predictable scaling of our partner programs.
  • • Identify and Test New Growth Levers: You will proactively identify and rigorously test new growth strategies and channels to uncover innovative ways to drive originations and expand Parafin's market share within partner-driven marketing initiatives. This involves evaluating performance metrics, surfacing actionable insights, and translating successful learnings into repeatable strategies and scalable programs.
  • • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: You will work closely with Product Management to understand product roadmaps and translate them into effective marketing strategies. You'll partner with Account Management to support partner success and identify opportunities for deeper engagement. Design collaboration will ensure a seamless and compelling user experience for end-customers interacting with Parafin products through partner platforms.
  • • Influence Partner Marketing Efforts: You will act as a key advisor to partners on their marketing efforts related to Parafin products, providing guidance on best practices, campaign execution, and performance optimization. This includes developing co-marketing strategies and ensuring alignment with Parafin's overall marketing objectives.
  • • Measure and Report on Performance: You will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner marketing initiatives, track progress against these goals, and provide regular reports to leadership. This data-driven approach will inform future strategies and resource allocation.
  • • Stay Abreast of Market Trends: You will continuously monitor the competitive landscape and market trends in embedded finance and small business lending to identify new opportunities and potential challenges, ensuring Parafin remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • • Champion the Small Business Mission: Throughout all activities, you will remain dedicated to Parafin's core mission of helping small businesses succeed, ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with this overarching goal and effectively communicate the value proposition to both partners and their end-users.
  • • Develop and refine messaging for various partner segments and end-user personas, ensuring clarity, impact, and resonance.
  • • Manage the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, case studies, and success stories that highlight the value Parafin brings to partners and their customers.
  • • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy, bringing a unique perspective on partner-driven growth and product adoption.
