- • As Product Director for Financial Markets & Financial Platform at Airwallex, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for critical products including FX, Liquidity, Stablecoin, ledger, wallet, reporting, and reconciliation systems, directly impacting how global businesses manage money movement and financial operations.
- • You will define product vision, mentor and grow a team of Product Managers, partner with engineering and design to deliver scalable features, and collaborate across commercial, legal, finance, and operations to navigate regulatory complexity while ensuring intuitive user experiences.
- • Airwallex is a globally valued fintech leader ($8B valuation) with over 2,000 innovators across 26 offices, powering financial infrastructure for companies like Brex, Rippling, Qantas, and SHEIN through unified payments and embedded finance solutions.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in financial products and FX markets, drive innovation from concept to launch, influence high-stakes product decisions, and grow as a strategic leader shaping the future of global banking at a fast-paced, mission-driven company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of overall professional experience within Product Management
- • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- • Proven experience building and developing 0 to 1 products with customer obsession
- • Excellent communication skills to convey product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences
- • Ability to structure complex problems, inform decisions with data and first-principle thinking, and thrive in cross-functional, cross-cultural teams
