• • As a Product Feed Specialist at Scale Army, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing product data feeds for a leading marketing software platform that empowers global brands to meticulously control and scale their product catalogs. This is a unique opportunity to become the dedicated feed expert within the Design Strategy team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment of product data with ambitious paid media objectives. You will be instrumental in supporting a roster of prestigious apparel brands, including industry giants like Nike, Michael Kors, Kate Spade, and Fashion Nova, alongside a diverse range of agencies and e-commerce businesses worldwide.
• • Your primary responsibility will be the end-to-end ownership of product data feeds, encompassing their initial setup, ongoing optimization, and meticulous maintenance across a multitude of advertising platforms. This involves acting as the central point of contact for all things related to product feeds, ensuring that data is not only accurate but also strategically leveraged to drive maximum performance.
• • You will be deeply involved in configuring and managing sophisticated feed pipelines that seamlessly connect e-commerce platforms with various advertising channels. This requires a strong technical aptitude and a keen understanding of how data flows between different systems.
• • A significant part of your role will involve proactive troubleshooting of any issues that arise, including missing product attributes, data errors, platform disapprovals, and performance dips. Your ability to quickly diagnose and resolve these complex problems will be crucial for maintaining campaign effectiveness.
• • You will be tasked with optimizing product data elements such as titles, descriptions, categories, images, and other key attributes. This optimization will be driven by a deep understanding of how these elements impact search visibility, ad relevance, and ultimately, conversion rates.
• • Building and implementing feed rules, custom labels, and sophisticated segmentation logic will be essential to support and enhance the paid media strategy. This allows for more targeted and effective advertising campaigns.
• • You will oversee critical integrations with major platforms including Google Merchant Center, Meta Catalogs, TikTok, Pinterest, Amazon, and others, ensuring that data is correctly formatted and transmitted according to each platform's specific requirements.
• • Conducting regular, thorough feed audits will be a key activity to guarantee data accuracy and strict compliance with all platform-specific requirements and best practices.
• • You will provide essential support to enterprise clients, addressing their feed-related technical inquiries and ensuring they have a seamless experience with the platform.
• • Close collaboration with paid media buyers and internal teams is paramount. You will work hand-in-hand with them to identify opportunities for performance improvement, share valuable insights, and champion best practices in feed management.
• • This role is fully remote and requires availability during U.S. business hours (10 AM – 6 PM EST) to effectively support U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate will be based in LATAM, Africa, or Eastern Europe, bringing a global perspective to a U.S.-focused client base.
