- • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for B2B software products used by U.S.-based clients, from strategic planning to successful delivery.
- • Collaborate directly with U.S. clients to understand business objectives, identify pain points, and translate them into clear product strategies and roadmaps.
- • Define and prioritize product features by analyzing market needs, customer feedback, and business metrics to ensure alignment with client goals.
- • Work closely with global engineering and program management teams to develop and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans using Agile methodologies.
- • Serve as the primary product liaison between U.S. clients and cross-functional delivery teams across time zones, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding.
- • Support pre-sales efforts by contributing to client consultations, proposal development, and solution design to secure new engagements.
- • Drive product adoption and success by monitoring key performance indicators and iterating on product features based on usage data and client feedback.
- • Ensure all product deliverables adhere to best practices in Agile product management, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on technology trends, product scalability, and competitive positioning.
- • Coordinate with the Client Services team to align product outcomes with client satisfaction metrics and long-term partnership goals.
- • Maintain detailed documentation of product requirements, decisions, and changes to ensure transparency and continuity across teams.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving client priorities and market conditions while maintaining focus on delivering measurable business value.
- • Participate in regular client meetings, stakeholder reviews, and internal team syncs to ensure alignment and progress toward product milestones.
- • Champion user-centered design principles by working with UX researchers and designers to ensure product usability and accessibility.
- • Identify and mitigate product risks early by proactively addressing technical constraints, resource limitations, and scope changes.

- • Demonstrated ability to manage product lifecycles from strategy to delivery using Agile frameworks
