📋 Description

• Lead product strategy and execution across BJAK’s platform to drive innovation and user impact in Southeast Asia’s leading insurance technology ecosystem.
• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap, identify high-impact opportunities through user insights and data analysis, and translate business goals into executable plans.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and leadership to build simple, scalable, and reliable products while owning the full product lifecycle from discovery to iteration.
• Join a dense, high-performing, flat organization focused on engineering and product excellence, where you will mentor and grow a strong product team as the company scales.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in product management within technology-driven companies
• Proven ability to define product strategy and deliver products from concept to scale
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to use data to guide product decisions
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical trade-offs
• Ability to simplify complex problems and focus on what matters most
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive execution in fast-moving environments
