- • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for mission-critical software products developed for U.S.-based clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
- • Collaborate directly with U.S. clients to understand their business challenges, define product vision, and translate strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps.
- • Work closely with global delivery teams—including Engineering and Program Management—to prioritize features, refine user stories, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions using Agile methodologies.
- • Drive product strategy by analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions and innovation opportunities.
- • Partner with the Client Services team to support pre-sales activities, including requirement gathering, solution scoping, and client presentations to secure new engagements.
- • Serve as the primary product liaison between U.S. clients and offshore development teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment on priorities, and consistent delivery expectations.
- • Define and track key product success metrics, using data to evaluate performance and guide iterative improvements across product releases.
- • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews with cross-functional teams to maintain Agile cadence and transparency.
- • Advocate for the end-user by incorporating user research insights and usability feedback into product design and feature development.
- • Manage product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes, to ensure clarity and traceability across teams.
- • Proactively identify and mitigate product risks, including scope creep, resource constraints, and timeline delays, while maintaining client trust and satisfaction.
- • Contribute to the growth of the Product Management team by sharing best practices, mentoring junior PMs, and helping refine internal processes.
- • Stay current with industry trends in software development, digital transformation, and product management frameworks to bring innovative approaches to client engagements.
- • Balance competing stakeholder priorities—client needs, technical feasibility, and business value—to deliver products that drive measurable business outcomes.
- • Ensure all product deliverables adhere to quality standards and comply with client-specific requirements and contractual obligations.

- • Proven experience as a Product Manager in software product development
- • Demonstrated ability to work directly with U.S.-based clients on mission-critical projects
- • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing Agile teams
- • Experience translating business requirements into technical user stories and product roadmaps
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across time zones
- • Track record of delivering software products from concept to launch
