- • As a Product Manager on the Growth team at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the user journey for millions of customers seeking car insurance and related services through the company’s AI-powered super app.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points, owning user feedback synthesis from reviews and support channels, driving bug triage with engineering teams, and leading end-to-end delivery of product initiatives such as landing pages and compliance-driven features.
- • You will collaborate closely with Engineering (including the China-based team), Design, Analytics, and Marketing, translating ambiguous customer problems into testable hypotheses, contributing to A/B testing and funnel analysis, and maintaining daily overlap during China business hours to ensure seamless execution.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), product management, or product/business operations
- • Exceptionally structured thinker with the ability to break down complex problems and communicate with precision
- • Strong customer empathy and ability to think in user emotions and mental models, not just metrics
- • Data-driven mindset: comfortable forming and pressure-testing hypotheses using quantitative analysis
- • Willingness to flex working hours to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination
- • Chinese (Mandarin) language skills are a plus but not required
