- • As a Product Manager on the Growth team at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will own the end-to-end sign-up and purchase funnel for car insurance, playing a critical role in simplifying car ownership for over 5M+ customers by improving conversion, reducing friction, and scaling product initiatives in a fast-moving, profitable startup.
- • Day to day, you will conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points, monitor and synthesize user feedback from app reviews, support tickets, and research into actionable insights, drive bug triage and resolution with engineering teams, and contribute to A/B test design, funnel analysis, and experiment interpretation, and own product initiatives such as landing pages and compliance-driven features.
- • You will join a small, scrappy Growth team of 3 PMs (including this hire, reporting directly to the VP of end-to-end delivery of product initiatives like landing pages and compliance-driven features, while contributing to A/B test design, funnel analysis, and experiment interpretation.
- • Jerry Technologies Inc. is a profitable, AI-powered super app that simplifies car ownership by integrating insurance, financing, maintenance, and safety into one platform. Backed by $240M+ in funding and serving 5M+ customers, the company operates with a fast shipping culture, weekly sprints, and a small, high-impact Growth team that works closely with an overseas engineering team based in China, requiring 3–4 hours of daily overlap.
- • In this role, you will learn product management from the ground up, take increasing ownership of complex funnel improvements and feature launches, develop strong experimental and analytical skills through A/B testing and funnel analysis, and gain direct exposure to the C-suite through reporting to the VP of Growth, all while building expertise in a high-growth, mission-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, or product/business operations
- • Track record of independently owning ambiguous work and delivering clear outputs
- • Comfort with funnel analysis, A/B test interpretation, or structured data work
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills — including the ability to synthesize messy signals into clear recommendations
- • Willingness to maintain regular daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination
