- • As a Product Manager, Growth at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of users discover, evaluate, and purchase car insurance through Jerry.ai’s AI-powered super app, directly impacting user acquisition and retention in a high-growth, pre-IPO environment.
- • Day to day, you will conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points, own user feedback synthesis from reviews and support, drive bug triage with Engineering, lead end-to-end delivery of scoped feature launches (e.g., landing pages, compliance features), partner with Design and Engineering to ship high-quality user experiences, contribute to A/B testing and funnel analysis, translate customer problems into hypotheses and roadmap priorities, and coordinate daily with the China-based engineering team during overlapping business hours.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), product management, or product/business operations
- • Willing to flex working hours to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination
- • Exceptionally structured thinker with ability to break down complex problems and communicate with precision
- • Strong customer empathy and ability to think in user emotions and mental models
- • Data-driven mindset with comfort forming and pressure-testing hypotheses using quantitative analysis
- • Hungry to build: eager to move from frameworks to owning and shipping product
