- • As a Product Manager for Shared Branch at CO-OP Financial Services (operating as Velera), you will drive tactical product management for key financial technology solutions serving over 4,000 financial institutions across North America, ensuring products meet market needs and regulatory standards while accelerating partner success.
- • Day to day, you will lead analysis of product enhancement requests, serve as an escalation point for internal and external stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Training, Operations, IT, Administration, Finance) to define product objectives, develop documentation and training, conduct feasibility studies, identify risks, coordinate seminars and training, lead meetings to track progress, attend industry events, act as primary liaison to Operational Support, maintain proficiency for backup support, and oversee product commercialization and mandate compliance.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Four (4) years of combined experience in product management, technical product implementations, and/or business systems analysis supporting technical products
- • Experience with the financial, credit union industry and core or account processing
