📋 Description

• As a Product Marketing Coordinator, Inbound, you will lead market and competitive intelligence for an assigned product portfolio, turning insights into actionable recommendations that shape product strategy and go-to-market plans.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include running and evolving the win/loss program, developing and maintaining buyer personas and customer journey maps, partnering with Product to influence roadmap priorities and packaging, supporting client research initiatives (interviews, surveys, feedback analysis), and delivering concise insights to Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Executive teams.
• You will join Momentive Software, a mission-driven company that amplifies the impact of over 20,000 purpose-driven organizations across 30+ countries, helping nonprofits and associations drive meaningful change through cloud-based software focused on fundraising, learning, events, careers, volunteering, accounting, and association management.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning while gaining hands-on experience with AI-powered research tools and cross-functional collaboration—positioning you to grow into a strategic product marketing leader who directly influences business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in product marketing, market research, strategy, or a related field
• SaaS experience preferred; nonprofit or association experience is a strong plus
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate research, sharpen competitive analysis, and raise output quality
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to turn messy interviews into sharp insights
• Comfort managing multiple projects and priorities without dropping the ball
• Hands-on experience or eagerness to learn tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Klue, Clozd, Gong, Pendo, Claude, and Microsoft Co-Pilot
