đź“‹ Description

  • • At PointClickCare, we are on a mission to empower providers to deliver exceptional care, and this starts with our talented and dedicated people. As a leading health tech company, we foster an environment where innovation thrives, boundaries are pushed, and the future of healthcare is actively shaped. We are a founder-led, privately held organization that believes in reinvesting significantly in research and development, equipping our employees with the resources needed to drive meaningful, lasting impact. Our platform, built on the largest dataset in long-term and post-acute care and boasting a Marketplace with over 400 integrated partners, serves more than 30,000 provider organizations, positively affecting millions of lives.
  • • We are seeking a visionary and strategic Product Marketing Director – Corporate Initiatives to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role reports to the Senior Director of Product Marketing and is designed for an enterprise-minded leader who excels at shaping and advancing the company's go-to-market perspective across critical, high-impact, cross-segment initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to operate horizontally across the organization, acting as the central nervous system for strategic market engagement.
  • • Unlike traditional product marketing roles focused on specific portfolios, this position demands a broad, enterprise-wide view. You will be instrumental in identifying and analyzing evolving market dynamics, anticipating regulatory shifts, spotting emerging business opportunities, and aligning with overarching enterprise strategic priorities. Your primary responsibility will be to translate complex, multi-audience initiatives into clear, compelling problem statements, robust strategic narratives, and actionable go-to-market frameworks that resonate across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • • The scope of this role is broad and impactful, encompassing initiatives such as navigating significant regulatory changes (e.g., TEFCA), launching and scaling new business units (e.g., Life Sciences), developing and marketing cross-segment solutions that leverage our comprehensive platform, defining and executing integrated data strategies, and championing other company-wide priorities that necessitate seamless alignment across multiple markets and buyer audiences.
  • • You will serve as the essential connective tissue, bridging the gap between corporate strategy, product direction, and effective market execution. This involves defining the strategic point of view for these key initiatives, articulating how they integrate into the broader business objectives, and collaborating closely with extended cross-functional teams to develop and operationalize execution plans. A key aspect of this role is the ability to influence and mobilize the organization effectively, even without direct authority over the teams involved, while remaining acutely aware of resource constraints and ensuring clarity around responsibilities and capacity across the business.
  • • Success in this position hinges on exceptional influence, sophisticated diplomacy, and a deeply ingrained enterprise-thinking mindset. You will need to demonstrate a proven ability to rally diverse teams, foster collaboration, and drive consensus towards shared goals. This requires a strategic approach to communication, a keen understanding of organizational dynamics, and the skill to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes to achieve impactful outcomes.
  • • Key responsibilities will include conducting in-depth market and competitive analysis for corporate initiatives, developing comprehensive messaging and positioning strategies tailored to various market segments and buyer personas, creating compelling sales enablement materials and marketing collateral that support these initiatives, and partnering with Product Management, Sales, and other marketing functions to ensure successful launch and ongoing adoption.
  • • You will also be responsible for developing and executing integrated go-to-market plans, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of corporate initiatives, and providing ongoing market feedback to inform product strategy and corporate planning. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges associated with large-scale, cross-functional projects.
  • • For remote roles, please note that there will be in-office events requiring travel to and from our Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City offices. These events may include onboarding, team-building activities, and semi-annual and annual team meetings. This is a requirement for this role.
  • • Join PointClickCare and be at the forefront of redefining healthcare. We are not just surviving; we are thriving, and we invite you to contribute to a future that is human-first and accelerated by AI. Harness AI as a catalyst for creativity, productivity, and thoughtful decision-making, enhancing collaboration and improving outcomes.
