This pivotal role is responsible for shaping and executing our product marketing strategy within the crucial US market, ensuring our value proposition resonates with healthcare professionals and drives market adoption.
  • • As the Product Marketing Lead, you will be instrumental in defining and articulating Heidi's unique value proposition for the US market. This involves a deep understanding of the complex healthcare landscape, AI capabilities, and clinical workflows. You will translate these intricate realities into clear, compelling, and buyer-led messaging that highlights the specific pain points we solve and articulates why Heidi is the superior choice. A key aspect of this role is the continuous refinement of this positioning, pressure-testing it through real-world interactions and adapting quickly to market feedback. We value clarity and decisive action, encouraging a mindset of continuous iteration over achieving unattainable perfection.
  • • A core pillar of this position is developing and maintaining a sophisticated understanding of the competitive landscape in the US. This includes identifying and analyzing incumbents, legacy platforms, specialized point solutions, emerging players, and even the inertia of internal builds or the decision to 'do nothing.' You will gain this insight through direct exposure to the field, actively listening to sales calls, participating in customer and prospect conversations, and conducting thorough win/loss debriefs. By tracking the evolution of competitive narratives and responding with agility, you will ensure Heidi remains ahead of the curve. This intelligence will be translated into actionable, living competitive assets such as battlecards, objection-to-response frameworks, and refined competitive positioning narratives. These assets will be dynamic, evolving alongside the market, and will be leveraged to sharpen our overall value proposition, messaging, sales talk tracks, enablement materials, website content, and external storytelling, ultimately framing our category in the US market.
  • • You will be responsible for creating and iterating on deal-critical enablement materials that empower our sales teams to win deals effectively. This includes developing persuasive pitch decks, impactful talk tracks, robust objection handling frameworks, and concise one-pagers and product collateral. A key objective is to deploy these assets rapidly into the field, gather immediate feedback, and iteratively improve them based on real-world performance. The goal is to equip the sales team with the confidence and resources to articulate Heidi's story compellingly, even in your absence.
  • • Owning and iterating on US storytelling is another significant responsibility. You will lead the development of US-specific website copy and product page content, shaping and refining customer success stories and lighthouse narratives. Maintaining alignment across pitches, website content, and field conversations as our story evolves is crucial. This requires balancing ambitious market positioning with the credibility demanded by a regulated, high-trust healthcare market.
  • • Internally, you will serve as the authoritative voice of the US market. You will provide frequent, actionable insights on buyers, competitors, and market objections to leadership, directly influencing strategic decisions. Your learning and insights will be fed directly into our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, fostering a sharper, more informed understanding of the US market across the entire organization. This role is about driving clarity, confidence, and alignment in our US market approach, ensuring our messaging becomes clearer and more confident week over week, sales conversations become sharper with deepened competitive understanding, and enablement materials improve through practical application rather than theoretical constructs. The website and collateral will evolve dynamically based on ongoing learning, and the organization will feel increasingly aligned on our competitive strategy in the US.
