đź“‹ Description

  • • Distyl Inc. is at the forefront of applied AI technology, partnering with leading global institutions to revolutionize critical operations for the AI era. We empower the world's most ambitious organizations across telecom, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, consumer goods, and major social sectors by researching and deploying cutting-edge AI-native operational technologies. Our work encompasses pioneering research into self-constructing systems, ensuring the most reliable execution of AI systems, and developing products that fundamentally transform mission-critical workflows. Consequently, Distyl's innovations impact some of the largest global operations, influencing hundreds of millions of consumer interactions, tens of millions of supply chain transactions, and millions of patient journeys.
  • • Backed by prominent investors such as Lightspeed Venture Partners, Khosla Ventures, Coatue, and DST Global, and supported by board members from over 20 Fortune 500 companies, Distyl has achieved a remarkable 100% production deployment success rate for its clients. We are proud to be one of the few enterprise AI companies operating profitably.
  • • We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to define and execute Distyl's market presence. This pivotal role involves crafting our core narrative, equipping our sales force with essential tools, and building the foundational content that solidifies Distyl's position as a leader in enterprise AI for complex customer experiences.
  • • Your responsibilities will include developing sophisticated positioning and messaging strategies, meticulously tailored to specific industry verticals. You will create high-impact sales enablement materials designed for independent use by Account Executives, and construct compelling proof points, including detailed case studies, robust ROI frameworks, and sharp competitive analyses.
  • • You will collaborate closely with our founders and sales leadership, translating insights from real customer conversations into scalable, repeatable assets that accelerate sales cycles and enhance Distyl's market standing. This role is strategically positioned at the nexus of product, sales, and go-to-market strategy.
  • • You will engage collaboratively with Sales, Engineering, and Leadership teams to ensure Distyl's advanced capabilities are clearly communicated to enterprise buyers and effectively differentiated within the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
  • • This is a hands-on position demanding exceptional writing and operational skills, enabling you to produce polished content independently, rather than merely briefing external agencies or managing freelancers. You will thrive in an early-stage environment, relish the challenge of building systems and narratives from the ground up, and prefer working in close partnership with sales teams over operating in a siloed marketing function.
  • • Key responsibilities include developing and owning the "Why Distyl" narrative for Customer Experience (CX), specifically tailored by vertical, and building competitive positioning against direct rivals and the "build internally" alternative. You will continuously refine messaging based on feedback from sales conversations and customer interactions, translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value propositions for C-suite executives and operational leaders.
  • • In sales enablement, you will create pitch decks that Account Executives can confidently deliver independently, develop essential collateral such as one-pagers, leave-behinds, battle cards, and objection handling guides, and craft demo talk tracks with supporting materials. You will also support RFP responses and custom pitch materials for strategic deals, actively partnering with sellers to identify and address gaps in their conversations and collaborating with brand and creative teams to enhance website content and marketing collateral.
  • • For proof points and customer evidence, you will develop and maintain reusable, compelling, and sanitized customer case studies, build ROI frameworks and value quantification tools to aid deal progression, establish and manage a customer reference program, and create customer proof points for broad leverage across sales, marketing, and PR.
  • • In content and thought leadership, you will author white papers, position papers, and thought leadership articles that showcase Distyl's expertise in complex CX and enterprise AI, create website content to support inbound marketing efforts, and ghostwrite for founders on high-visibility pieces.
  • • You will also maintain a keen understanding of the CX AI landscape, buyer priorities, and competitive positioning, feeding market insights back into solution packaging, pricing, and GTM strategy, while tracking competitor messaging, product launches, and market positioning.
