- • As a Product Marketing Manager at Rollstack Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping and amplifying our unique value proposition to the market. You will be the bridge between our innovative product and the customers who need it, translating complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives that drive awareness, engagement, and ultimately, pipeline generation.
- • This role is deeply hands-on, demanding a proactive and experimental approach. You will be empowered to build, test, and iterate rapidly within a fast-paced startup environment, taking ownership of how Rollstack’s story is told across various channels.
- • A core responsibility will be supporting and executing successful go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product features and significant updates. This involves understanding the product roadmap, identifying target audiences, and crafting the messaging that will resonate most effectively.
- • You will be tasked with developing clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging that highlights Rollstack's competitive advantages and addresses key customer pain points.
- • Content creation will be a significant part of your day-to-day. This includes crafting a wide range of marketing materials such as insightful blog posts, persuasive case studies, detailed product pages, effective sales collateral, engaging customer stories, informative webinars, and dynamic videos.
- • You will own the strategic distribution of Rollstack’s narrative across multiple channels. This includes leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, crafting compelling newsletters, issuing impactful product announcements, and actively participating in relevant community conversations to ensure our message reaches the right eyes and ears.
- • A key objective is to ensure that all marketing content effectively reaches our target audiences, driving measurable increases in awareness, fostering deeper engagement, and contributing directly to pipeline growth.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to gain a deep understanding of technical functionalities and translate these into clear, customer-centric value propositions that resonate with market needs.
- • A crucial aspect of this role is equipping the Sales team for success. This involves developing essential sales enablement materials, creating persuasive presentations, and establishing clear messaging frameworks that empower them to effectively communicate Rollstack's value.
- • You will be responsible for building powerful customer advocacy assets. This includes identifying and nurturing customer success stories, gathering compelling testimonials, and developing comprehensive case studies that showcase the real-world impact of Rollstack.
- • Managing and growing Rollstack’s social media presence, with a particular focus on LinkedIn, will be a key area of ownership. You will be responsible for creating engaging content that expands our reach and drives meaningful interactions.
- • Close collaboration with the Customer Success team is vital. You will work together to identify and highlight customer wins, gather valuable market insights, and showcase real-world use cases that demonstrate the power of our solution.
- • You will be expected to track and analyze the performance of all marketing initiatives and campaigns. This data-driven approach will enable continuous improvement of messaging, distribution strategies, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- • Ultimately, you will own key product marketing metrics, including campaign performance, audience engagement, support for product adoption, and the generation of marketing-sourced pipeline, directly contributing to Rollstack's growth objectives.
