- • As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of an experienced marketing and product management team, making an immediate and significant impact. - • You will be entrusted with owning product messaging and GTM support for assigned products, with a strategic focus on our Strategic and Key customer segments. Your primary responsibility will be to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling, and defensible messaging that resonates with our target audiences and highlights the unique value proposition of Onit's AI-driven solutions.
- • A key aspect of this role involves supporting quarterly product launches. You will be instrumental in developing and executing GTM strategies that ensure successful market introductions, driving adoption and revenue growth. This includes crafting compelling launch plans, creating essential marketing collateral, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to maximize launch impact.
- • Ensuring Sales-ready positioning is a critical deliverable. You will work diligently to ensure that our product positioning is not only accurate and reflective of current product capabilities but also highly competitive within the legal tech landscape. This involves in-depth market analysis, competitive intelligence gathering, and continuous refinement of our value propositions.
- • Maintaining messaging alignment as products evolve is paramount. As our AI platform continuously advances and new features are introduced, you will be responsible for ensuring that all product messaging remains consistent, up-to-date, and effectively communicates the ongoing innovation and value delivered by Onit.

- • You will foster strong collaborative partnerships with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Enablement teams.
