- • Partner proactively with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure that all product messaging is consistent, readily usable, and precisely aligned with identified customer needs and pain points.
- • **Buyer and Market Research:** Assist in the systematic building and ongoing maintenance of detailed buyer personas through a combination of customer interviews, targeted surveys, and thorough internal research.
- • Analyze customer feedback, win/loss insights, and emerging market trends to directly inform and shape messaging strategies and critical go-to-market decisions.
- • Help validate and refine product positioning by actively testing messaging with both customers and internal stakeholders to ensure resonance and effectiveness.
- • **Packaging & Pricing:** Collaborate with senior team members to provide support for packaging and pricing initiatives, which will involve conducting thorough research and detailed analysis.
- • Assist in the design of surveys, including those focused on willingness-to-pay and feature value testing, and in the synthesis of the resulting findings into actionable insights.
- • Help document and clearly communicate any packaging and pricing changes to all relevant internal teams, ensuring smooth adoption and understanding.
- • **AI-Native Marketing:** You will leverage generative AI tools as a natural extension of your workflow, enabling you to move faster, explore a broader range of creative options, and deliver higher quality output through an AI-first mindset.
