  • • As a Product Marketing Manager at Pivotal Health, you will be instrumental in shaping how our innovative products are perceived, understood, and adopted across a diverse audience, including clients, prospective customers, strategic partners, and internal teams. This is a pivotal, cross-functional role situated at the dynamic intersection of Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Client Success. You will report directly to the VP of Marketing, playing a key role in the strategic direction and execution of our product marketing efforts.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to translate the sophisticated capabilities of our platform into clear, compelling, and persuasive messaging and content. You will ensure that our unique value proposition resonates effectively with a broad spectrum of provider specialties and partner segments. This position is ideally suited for an individual who thrives on building foundational marketing elements from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing robust messaging frameworks, crafting engaging product narratives, creating impactful case studies and client proof points, producing essential collateral, and designing scalable launch plans that will grow in tandem with the company.
  • • Key responsibilities include owning the product messaging and positioning strategy for Pivotal Health’s entire platform and suite of offerings. You will be tasked with developing and meticulously maintaining a comprehensive library of product content and collateral. This includes, but is not limited to, concise one-pagers, persuasive sales decks, informative battlecards, compelling case studies that highlight client success, powerful testimonials, and specific collateral tailored for different provider specialties and partner ecosystems.
  • • You will foster a close partnership with the Product Management team, ensuring you are deeply informed about the product roadmap, upcoming capabilities, and new releases. This collaboration is crucial for maintaining accurate and up-to-date marketing materials. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating and managing regular product communications designed to keep our stakeholders informed. This includes disseminating product updates and curating a valuable product newsletter specifically for our clients.
  • • Your purview will extend to owning and optimizing product-related web content, ensuring that product spotlights and solution pages accurately reflect our offerings and effectively capture the attention of our target audience. A significant aspect of your role will involve enabling our Sales, Client Success, and Partnerships teams. You will equip them with clear, consistent, and compelling product narratives and the necessary materials to effectively engage with prospects and clients.
  • • You will take the lead in planning and executing go-to-market strategies for major product initiatives. This involves coordinating seamlessly across various internal teams to guarantee the successful and impactful launch of new features and products. Ultimately, you will be the driving force behind bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to how Pivotal Health communicates about its product, both externally to the market and internally to our teams.
  • • This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, someone who can both define high-level strategy and execute the detailed tasks required for success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be the voice of the product in the market, ensuring our story is told effectively and drives adoption and growth.
