- • As a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) at DoseSpot LLC, a PE-backed, hyper-growth leader in electronic prescribing software and its subsidiary pVerify, a leading insurance verification solution, you will be at the forefront of shaping the commercial success of our innovative products. This fully remote role within the United States, with a preference for the East Coast, offers a unique opportunity to influence the healthcare experience for both patients and doctors by ensuring mission-critical prescriptions and verifications are delivered accurately and on time.
- • You will own the end-to-end execution of positioning, messaging, customer adoption, and go-to-market strategies for your assigned product lines. This pivotal role demands close collaboration with Product Management, Sales, Account Management, and Growth Marketing teams to not only drive product adoption and pipeline contribution but also to establish and maintain a strong competitive differentiation in a rapidly evolving market.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling commercial value. This involves orchestrating seamless product launches, ensuring all internal teams are thoroughly enabled, empowering customers to maximize their use of our solutions through best practices, and maintaining a consistent, impactful message across all communication channels.
- • While you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, you will also be a key collaborator with senior stakeholders, providing critical insights that directly inform our product roadmap and overall commercial strategy. This includes:
- • Developing and continuously refining the positioning, messaging, and unique value propositions for your assigned products, ensuring absolute alignment with DoseSpot's overarching company strategy and market objectives.
- • Spearheading the go-to-market execution for all new features and product launches, meticulously coordinating the efforts of cross-functional teams to ensure a successful and impactful release.
- • Creating comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) briefs that clearly articulate product strategy and objectives, and ensuring robust alignment across Sales, Growth Marketing, Account Management, Education Services, and Customer Success teams.
- • Partnering strategically with the Sales team to develop impactful enablement materials, including sales decks, battlecards, and training modules, designed to significantly improve win rates and enhance sales cycle efficiency.
- • Collaborating closely with Account Management to support customer business reviews and to develop and execute strategies that drive deeper product adoption and utilization, effectively acting as a partner marketing advocate.
- • Diligently monitoring key product performance metrics, gathering actionable insights from this data to refine brand messaging, sales collateral, and positioning materials, while proactively identifying opportunities for optimization.
- • Guiding the development and deployment of product-specific customer communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness, and meticulously tracking performance metrics to gauge impact.
- • Conducting thorough and ongoing competitive research, maintaining a dynamic and actionable competitive intelligence database to inform Product, Account Management, and Sales teams.
- • Developing deep buyer persona insights and ensuring all marketing campaigns and communications are strategically aligned with customer motivations, pain points, and purchasing behaviors.
- • Contributing valuable voice-of-customer insights directly to the Product team to inform roadmap development and prioritization discussions, ensuring our products meet evolving market needs.
- • Supporting strategic responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and contributing to enterprise sales opportunities with compelling product marketing expertise.
