- • Join SmithRx, a dynamic and rapidly expanding Health-Tech company at the forefront of revolutionizing the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) sector. We are on a mission to dismantle the inefficiencies and exorbitant costs associated with traditional PBM models by developing a state-of-the-art drug acquisition platform. Leveraging cutting-edge technology, innovative cost-saving solutions, and unparalleled customer service, SmithRx is making a significant impact, having already onboarded hundreds of thousands of members since 2016.
- • Our culture is deeply rooted in our mission and fosters a collaborative environment where every employee is inspired to achieve their best work. We are driven by the conviction that the U.S. healthcare system is ripe for transformation, and we dedicate ourselves daily to making this change a tangible reality. Our core values—Integrity, Courage, and Together—guide every action and decision, shaping our path forward with unwavering honesty, resilience in the face of challenges, and a profound commitment to partnership and collective success.
- • We are seeking a highly motivated and execution-oriented Product Marketing Manager to be a pivotal force in our sales enablement, launch activation, and field marketing initiatives. This role is critical in translating complex product and clinical updates into clear, compelling, and high-impact marketing materials that directly fuel revenue generation and drive meaningful conversations.
- • You will be a key collaborator, working hand-in-hand with our Go-to-Market (GTM), Product, Clinical, and Content teams. Your primary focus will be on operationalizing product launches, equipping our Sales and Events teams with the necessary tools and knowledge, and ensuring our marketing assets remain of the highest quality and are consistently up-to-date.
- • **Sales Enablement & Field Support:**
- • Develop, refine, and maintain a comprehensive suite of sales enablement materials. This includes crafting persuasive one-pagers, impactful pitch decks, insightful competitive battlecards, thorough RFP responses, and compelling case studies that showcase our value proposition.
- • Forge strong partnerships with Sales and Events teams to create bespoke collateral that effectively supports marketing campaigns, drives engagement at conferences and trade shows, and enhances prospect interactions.
- • Rigorously ensure that all sales and field materials are not only accurate and compliant with industry regulations but also perfectly aligned with our approved messaging and brand voice.
- • **Launch Activation:**
- • Play an instrumental role in supporting new product and clinical program launches by orchestrating the creation of essential assets and developing comprehensive internal enablement materials for relevant teams.
- • Masterfully translate technical product updates and clinical advancements into clear, benefit-driven messaging tailored for external audiences, ensuring maximum impact and understanding.
- • Foster seamless cross-functional collaboration to guarantee that all launch materials are delivered punctually and are fully optimized for effective field activation and market penetration.
- • **Content & Asset Production:**
- • Proactively identify and prioritize marketing asset needs in close collaboration with GTM leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and market demands.
- • Take ownership of drafting and project managing the creation of a diverse range of marketing collateral, including detailed data sheets, engaging product demos, informative videos, and powerful customer proof materials.
- • Establish and meticulously maintain organized marketing collateral libraries, ensuring all internal teams have immediate access to the most current, approved, and relevant materials.
- • **Market & Competitive Insights:**
- • Conduct in-depth competitive research to inform the development of robust battlecards and strategic positioning updates, keeping us ahead of the curve.
- • Actively gather and synthesize customer and prospect feedback to identify recurring themes, understand objections, and refine our market approach.
- • Continuously monitor key industry trends and shifts to support the ongoing refinement and optimization of our messaging and value proposition.
- • This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a tangible impact in the healthcare technology space.
