- • As a Product Marketing Manager at Relayfi Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping how self-made business owners experience financial clarity and control through our digital banking platform, directly contributing to their ability to turn hard work into lasting success by transforming financial guesswork into actionable insights.
- • You will sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and growth, driving strategic initiatives that inform product roadmap, unlock customer adoption, and ensure our fintech solutions deliver measurable value to small and medium-sized businesses in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting the planning and execution of go-to-market launches for new products, features, and key initiatives, ensuring each launch is grounded in customer insights and aligned with overarching business goals.
- • You will contribute to customer and market research efforts to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and competitive dynamics, translating these insights into clear, customer-centric messaging and positioning for both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
- • You will partner with Product, Brand, and Growth teams to craft compelling product and brand narratives that communicate differentiation, drive product adoption and engagement, and maintain consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints to create cohesive user experiences.
- • You will track and report on go-to-market performance, campaign effectiveness, and product adoption metrics, collaborating with the Data team to analyze results and make data-informed recommendations for optimization and iteration.
- • You will work closely with cross-functional teams from early ideation through product launch to shape positioning and messaging, lead go-to-market strategy development, define pricing and packaging approaches, and uncover actionable insights via market research and competitive intelligence.
- • You will help shape go-to-market strategy with a strong emphasis on experimentation, conversion optimization, and storytelling that connects users to tangible product value, moving beyond support to active strategic influence.
- • You will operate in a collaborative, proactive manner, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while advocating for the customer’s voice in every decision and initiative.
- • You will bring a bias for action, enjoy solving complex problems, and take pride in delivering high-quality work that directly advances Relay’s mission and business outcomes.
- • You will join a fast-growing Product Marketing team within a company that values reinvention, autonomy, ownership, and impact over recognition, where your work is measured by tangible results and your willingness to embrace ambiguity and complexity is seen as a strength.
- • You will be part of a culture that encourages continuous learning through feedback, values directness and respect, and is united by a shared mission to help small businesses thrive — a mission that must personally resonate with you to drive meaningful impact here.
- • You will work in an inclusive, equitable environment where Relay prioritizes diversity as a key driver of high-performing teams and is committed to providing accommodations throughout the hiring process to ensure equitable access for all applicants.

- • Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with the skill to translate complex financial or technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions
- • Data curiosity — comfort interpreting metrics and a willingness to learn from results to inform future strategies and optimizations
- • Highly collaborative, proactive, and adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- • Deep customer advocacy mindset, with a passion for understanding user needs and integrating customer insights into product and marketing decisions
- • Bias for action, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that moves the business forward
