- • Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our growing team. - • As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the central voice for our products, responsible for developing and articulating their value proposition to the market. This involves deeply understanding our target audience, their pain points, and how our innovative solutions address their needs. You will own the product positioning, ensuring it resonates with customers and differentiates us from the competition. This includes crafting the core narratives that will be used across all marketing and sales channels, creating a consistent and powerful brand story.
- • A significant part of your role will be to lead and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and significant feature releases. This requires close collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams. You will orchestrate the entire GTM process, from initial planning and strategy development to execution and post-launch analysis. This includes defining target segments, developing pricing and packaging strategies, and creating the necessary collateral to ensure a successful market entry.
- • You will be a master storyteller, translating complex product capabilities, especially those powered by AI, into clear, concise, and compelling customer value propositions. Your writing skills will be put to the test as you create high-impact content. This includes crafting persuasive website copy that captures attention, developing sales enablement materials that empower our sales team, and producing engaging launch assets that generate excitement and drive adoption. Your ability to simplify technical jargon and highlight business benefits will be crucial.
- • This role demands a proactive and collaborative approach. You will partner closely with Product Management to ensure a deep understanding of the product roadmap and to provide market feedback that informs future development. Equally important is your collaboration with the Sales team, where you will be responsible for their enablement. This means equipping them with the knowledge, tools, and messaging they need to effectively sell our products, including training sessions, battlecards, and competitive intelligence.
- • To inform your strategic decisions and messaging, you will conduct lightweight market and competitive research. This involves staying abreast of industry trends, analyzing competitor offerings, and identifying market opportunities. This research will directly influence product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies, ensuring we remain competitive and relevant in the marketplace.
- • We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in SaaS environments, as you will be navigating the complexities of subscription-based software and its unique market dynamics. Exposure to AI-driven products or features is a significant plus, as our technology often leverages advanced artificial intelligence to deliver exceptional value to our customers. Your ability to articulate the benefits of AI in a business context will be highly valued.
- • This is not a purely managerial role; we are looking for a hands-on contributor who is willing to roll up their sleeves and execute. You will be expected to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion, demonstrating both leadership and a strong work ethic.
